Talent development environment is an objective condition for talent growth , talent development and talent energy exertion, and a good development environment can not only ＂introduce and retain＂ talents but also effectively stimulate and bring into full play talents＇ innovation and vitality, providing talent guarantee and intellectual support for the sustainable economic and social development. In order to further optimize China＇s talent development environment to provide a strong guarantee for talent growth and development, it is necessary to emancipate the mind, improve talent development concepts, pay more attention, increase publicity, spread advanced talent views, actively promote talent market construction, provide an efficient platform for rational optimized configuration of talent resources and perfect talent development policy systems.
