优化我国人才发展环境的几点思考

摘要 人力资源管理的重要内容之一就是员工的选拔、培训与开发,使之成为有用人才。人才发展环境是人才成长、人才发展及人才发挥其能量的客观条件,良好的发展环境不仅可以"引进来、留得住"人才,更能切实激发与发挥人才的创新性和活力,为经济社会的可持续发展提供源源不断的人才保障和智力支持。为进一步优化我国人才发展环境,为人才的成长和发展提供有利保障,需要解放思想,改善人才发展观念,提高重视,加大宣传力度,传播先进的人才观;积极推进人才市场建设,为人才资源的合理优化配置提供高效的平台、建立健全人才发展政策体系。 Human resources management is one of the most important elements of staff selection, training and development to make them become useful talents. Talent development environment is an objective condition for talent growth , talent development and talent energy exertion, and a good development environment can not only "introduce and retain" talents but also effectively stimulate and bring into full play talents' innovation and vitality, providing talent guarantee and intellectual support for the sustainable economic and social development. In order to further optimize China's talent development environment to provide a strong guarantee for talent growth and development, it is necessary to emancipate the mind, improve talent development concepts, pay more attention, increase publicity, spread advanced talent views, actively promote talent market construction, provide an efficient platform for rational optimized configuration of talent resources and perfect talent development policy systems.
