复方六一汤对血虚小鼠脾重和组织学结构的影响

Effect of Fu Fang Liu Yi Tang on Mouse with Blood Deficiency

观察复方六一汤对环磷酰胺 (Cy)致血虚小鼠体重、脾重、脾指数及其组织学影响。结果发现 :血虚组小鼠净增体重、脾重、脾指数均小于正常对照组 ,并发现脾脏组织学结构有不同程度的损伤 ,白髓减少 ,结构紊乱 ,巨噬细胞、巨核细胞减少等。而在Cy基础上灌服复方六一汤的小鼠上述指标明显上升 ,脾脏组织学结构亦有修复好转。结果提示复方六一汤对脾具有扶健作用。

The changes of body weight and the weight and index and histological structure of spleen of mouse with blood deficiency resulted from Cyclophosphamide were observed after administration of Fu Fang Liu Yi Tang .The result showed that the body weight and the weight and index of spleen of mouse of blood deficiency were significantly lower than that of control mouse and its histological structure of spleen was damaged in vary degree, the white pulp dicreased, its arrangement disordered and so on . There was also a decrease in the number of macrophages and megakaryocytes. After administration of Fu Fand Liu Yi Tang , there were an increase of the body weight and weight and index of spleen and a recovery of the struture of spleen .These result proved that Fu Fang Liu Yi Tang could recover the damage of spleen of mouse.
