摘要
以蝴堞兰带节花梗为外植体,在改良MS(其中大量元素量减半,其余全量,下同)附加10mg/L BA、1mg/L NAA、20%CM的培养基上,经4-6周的培养,每个外植体可长出2-3株小苗,小苗叶片长至2cm左右后,又以无菌小苗叶、叶柄及茎段为外植体,在1/2MS+10mg/L BA+10mg/L AD+1mg/L GA+30mg/L苹果酸+1g/L蛋白胨+10%香蕉汁的培养基诱导原球茎;香蕉汁可以减少原球茎的褐死现象并促进原球茎的增殖。
Took the band festival of Phalaenopsis aphrodita Reich.b.f. as explants, the modified MS (of which a large number of elements by the volume, the rest of the whole volume, similarly hereinafter) with 10 mg/LBA, 1 mg/L NAA, 20% CM culture medium, 4-6 week later, each explant can grew 2-3 strains seedling, seedling leaves grew to around 2 cm, with sterile seedling leaves, petioles and stems as explants, in 1/2 MS+10 mg/L BA+10 mg/L AD+I mg/L GA+30 mg/L +18 L malic acid peptone + 10% banana juice culture medium inducing PLB PLB; banana juice can reduced the brown dead phenomenon and promoted PLB proliferation.
