区域政治中的“软领导”者:再探新加坡之东盟身份

The "Soft Leadership" of Regional Politics: Further Researches of Singapore’s Identity in the Development of ASEAN

国际政治不仅仅是大国的权力游戏,小国也能"引领"大国。本文试图超越现实主义理论框架并提出一个新概念——"软领导",来分析新加坡在东盟中的生存逻辑,并将小国新加坡之所以能引领东盟发展归因于新加坡的软领导力。基于对"软领导"这一全新概念的剖析,以"大国"为何围着"小国"转这一问题意识为导向,从说服、议程、示范和交流等四个方面,勾勒小国新加坡引领东盟发展的途径与方式。

International politic is not just big power＇ s game, furthermore, small states can also lead big power. This paper tries to transcend the realistic theoretical framework to usher realistic theoretical framework in a new concept ＂soft leadership＂ , so as to analyze the survival logic of Singapore in ASEAN, and holds that exactly be- cause of the ＂ soft leadership＂ can Singapore lead the development of ASEAN. On the basis of the analysis of this hrandly new concept ＂soft leadership＂, orientated by the problematical consciousness that, the small state can lead the big states in region ,the way of ＂soft leadership＂ is discussed in four aspects, that is, persuasion, agenda, model demonstration and communication.
