30例断牙再接临床治疗体会

Findings in 30 cases of Clinical Recombination of Snaggedteeth

30例门齿冠颈部折断 ,经根管治疗后 ,采用自体牙冠及金属桩 ,以DeTreyASAP玻璃离子水门汀重新粘结修复冠缺损。经 2～ 6年的观察 ,2 7例病员恢复并保持了天然牙冠的色泽、硬度 ,在解剖形态和功能的恢复上优于一般人工牙冠的修复。

patients whose incisors had been broken on the collum dentis were first treated with root canal therapy. Then the corona dentis were restored by gluing the patients own dental crowns and metalline stakes with De Trey ASAP glass lonomer cement 2～6 years later , the artificial dental crowns of 27 patients got the same coloration and rigidity as natural ones, and their anatomic shape and function were also superior to those treated with commonly-used methods.
