The Empirical Study on ERP Implementation in China's Small and Medium-Sized Private Coal Enterprises

ERP建设是我国中小型民营煤炭企业信息化战略的一项重要内容,有效地提高了中小型民营煤炭企业的运作效率。基于我国中小型民营煤炭企业的样本数据,经验性的分析揭示了ERP实施因素的积极作用与不足之处,为中小型民营煤炭企业的ERP建设实施质量的改进提供了现实性的理论借鉴。

ERP construction, as an important part of enterprise informatization strategy for small and medium sized private coal enterprises, can improve the operation efficiency of the coal enterprises effectively. Based on the sample data of China＇s small and medium sized private coal enterprise, the empirical analysis reveals the advantage and disadvantage of ERP imple- mentation factors, and provides realistic theoretical reference to improve ERP implementation quality for the small and medi- um sized private coal enterprises.
