Study of Energy Expenditure during Climbing Zijin Mountain at Different Speeds

摘要 目的:通过研究使人们了解以不同速度登山过程中的能量消耗水平,指导人们更加科学安全地登山,强身健体。研究方法:用主观疲劳感觉(RPE)确定低、中、高三种速度,采用K4B2便携式心肺功能测定仪测定低、中、高速下经由登山道登紫金山的时间、心率、摄氧量、实际能耗等生理参数。结果:低速(2.0±0.2km/h)登山,心率为(122.3±10.0)次,摄氧量为(7.06±0.56)ml/kg/min,能量消耗为(383.6±78.0)kcal,单位时间内能量消耗为6.4kcal/kg/h;中速(3.0±0.5km/h)登山,心率为(154.1±14.0)次,摄氧量为(10.59±1.86)ml/kg/min,能量消耗为(362.2±96.3)kcal,单位时间内能量消耗为9.2kcal/kg/h;高速(5.4±1.0km/h)登山,心率为(182.3±8.0)次,摄氧量为(19.05±3.51)ml/kg/min,能量消耗为(356.7±93.2)kcal,单位时间内能量消耗为17.2kcal/kg/h;结论:不同速度登紫金山的能量消耗相近;心率,摄氧量,单位时间内的能量消耗均和速度成正相关,与登山路程无关。 Objective: People can learn the energy expenditure during Climbing Mountains at different speeds from this study,which can guiding them climbing and doing such physical activities better and more safely.Methods: Define Low/ Medium/High speed by Subjects' Rating of Perceived Exertion Scale and record the time,heart rate,oxygen uptake and energy expenditure separately by using K4b2 when they climb Zijin Mountain.Result: When climbing the mountain at low speed(2.0±0.2)km/h,the heart rate is(122.3±10.0),and the oxygen uptake is(7.06±0.56)ml/kg/min,and the energy expenditure is(383.6±78.0)kcal,and the energy expenditure per unit of time is 6.4kcal/kg/h.When climbing the mountain at medium speed(3.0±0.5)km/h,the heart rate is(154.1±14.0),and the oxygen uptake is(10.59±1.86)ml/kg/min,and the energy expenditure is(362.2±96.3)kcal,and the energy expenditure per unit of time is 9.2kcal/kg/h.When climbing the mountain at high speed(5.4±1.0)km/h,the heart rate is(182.3±8.0),and the oxygen uptake is(19.05±3.51)ml/kg/min,and the energy expenditure is(356.7±93.2)kcal,and the energy expenditure per unit of time is 17.2kcal/kg/h.Conclusion: The energy expenditures during climbing Zijin Mountain at different speeds are similar.Heart rate and oxygen uptake and energy expenditure per unit of time are correlated to the speed but not the distance.
