崇明县农村公路养护管理现状及发展趋势研究

Study on Current Situation and Development Tendency of Rural Highway Maintenance Management in Chongming

为了实现农村公路养护管理工作的规范化、常态化和信息化目标,分析了农村公路养护管理存在的主要典型问题,研究了具有崇明特色的农村公路养护管理体制及运行机制,制定出了有针对性的解决措施。并预判出农村公路养护管理的未来发展趋势。结果表明:实施的农村公路养护管理体制及运行机制是合理有效的,为今后的农村公路养护管理工作提供了必要的经验和指导。

In order to realize standardization,normalization and informationization for rural highway maintenance and management work,the main classical problems were analyzed and the rural highway maintenance system and operating mechanism of Chongming County.Then,the relevant solution was formulated.The development tendency of rural highway maintenance management was forecasted. The results show that the implementation of rural highway maintenance system and operating mechanism were reasonable and efficient to provide the necessary experience and guidance in the future.
