摘要
采用密闭微波消解水产品,在优化微波消解条件的基础上,建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定水产品中铝元素的方法。以Sc作内标,线性范围:0~300μg/L(r=0.999 5),回归方程:y=2 945.8x+46 535,方法检出限为0.90μg/L,RSD=2.7%(n=6)。该方法简单快速,准确度好、精密度高,是测定水产品中铝含量的一种有效分析方法。通过对水产品中铝含量的检测分析,为水产品的食用安全性提供了检测数据,同时也可为水产品的养殖和加工业的质量控制提供借鉴。
The method for the determination of aluminum element in aquatic products b microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry has been presented Microwave digestion comditions and operational conditions of ICP-MS are optimized. Sc is use Y d as internal standard, the standard curve for aluminum element is linear over the range 0-300 μg/L (r=0. 999 5), typical equation y=2 945.8x+46 535, the detection limit of the method is 0.90 μg/L, RSD=2.7% (n=6). The method is simple, fast, accurate and precise. So it is an effective analytical method for determination of aluminum element in aquatic products. It can provide data for food safety and industry of aquatic products by P d rovide reference for quality control of culturing and processing etermination of aluminum element in aquatic products.
