临床路径模式在低年资护士培训中的应用效果研究

Study on the effect of application of clinical pathway model in the seniority nurse training

目的探讨临床路径模式在低年资护士培训中的应用效果。方法将我科低年资护士（工作0年~1年）分为试验组和对照组,试验组实施临床路径模式培训方法,对照组实施传统培训方法。培训结束后评价2组护士考核成绩及培训效果。结果试验组护士在考核成绩及护士对培训过程与效果满意度方面均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论临床路径模式的培训方法可以更加有效地提高护士的临床专科理论、专科操作水平及综合实践能力,同时能够提升护理管理水平,规范培训流程。

Objective To investigate the application and effect of clinical pathway model in seniority nurses training.Methods Junior nurses（0～1 years）in our department were divided into 2 groups：experiment group and control group,respectively with 2 kinds of training methods for clinical training.The nurses of the experimental group were trained by the clinical pathway model.But the control group were trained by traditional training method.After training,the nurses were evaluated by examination and training effect.Results The assessment and training process and the satisfaction degree of nurses in the experimental group was superior to the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical pathway model training method is more effective to improve the nurse＇s clinical specialties,specialty theory of operation level and comprehensive practice ability and can enhance the clinical nursing management,standardize the training process.
