摘要
随着中国制造业向服务外包产业转型步伐的加快,现有人才培养和输送能力远远满足不了外包企业的用人需求。为企业培养和输送高素质的服务外包技术性应用人才,探索和构建现代服务人才职业素养标准,是现阶段服务外包教育要解决的重要课题《。弟子规》阐释的"弟子"在家、出外、待人、接物与学习上应该恪守的行为规范,正好与责任心、团队合作沟通、职业礼仪规范、情绪与压力控制、正向思维习惯和学习力等服务外包产业员工的五大职业素养形成对应。
The manufacttLring industry in China are speeding up its transformation into services outsourcing. However, the current capacity for talent training and providing can hardly meet the outsourcing companies' personnel needs. The pivotal issue for outsourcing educational institutes is to train and provide high-quality applied talents of services outsourcing, and to find and develop the professional quality standards for modem services outsourcing. Standards for Students expounds on the behavioral norms of a student at home, on trips, in socialization and during study, which corresponds to the five key factors of professional quality of the services outsourcing staff, namely sense of justice and responsibility, team work and communication, occupational etiquette, emotion and pressure control, and positive thinking and learning capacity.
