Strengthening the Ideological and Political Education and Solving Undergraduates' Psychological Problems in Job-hunting

在就业市场化的背景下,大学生因就业难,容易出现焦虑、自卑、从众、依赖、挫折等多种心理问题。究其原因,是由大学毕业生综合素质与用人单位要求、大学毕业生供给与劳动力市场需求、高等教育体系设置的稳定性与就业市场的多变性、严峻的社会形势与过高的家庭期望值等之间的矛盾引起的。作为高校,需从思想政治教育的主体与客体、内容与形式等方面进行创新,加强思想政治教育的力度来寻求解决问题的策略。

In the background of market-oriented employment mechanism, it is hard for undergraduates to find a job, which has led to many psychological problems including anxiety, self-contempt, conformity, independence, frustration etc. It is the contradiction between the graduates＇ comprehensive quality and the employer＇s requirements, the supply of undergraduates and the demand of labor market, the stability of higher education system and the instability of employment market, the severe situation and the too-high expectation that has given rise to these problems. We can find some solutions from the aspects of the relation between the subject and the object of ideological and political education, and the content and the form of it to strengthening the ideological and political education.
