摘要
目的:探讨高血压性脑出血微创治疗的效果.方法:对2009年8月~2012年8月91例高血压性脑出血行微创治疗的患者进行回顾性分析.患者术后6个月回访,其治疗效果按Barthel指数评定法评定[1].结果:出院时日常生活功能评定(ADL),Ⅰ级55例,Ⅱ级20例,Ⅲ级10例,Ⅳ~Ⅴ级6例.6个月左右回访,日常生活功能评定(ADL),Ⅰ级59例,Ⅱ级18例,Ⅲ级8例,Ⅳ~Ⅴ级5例,死亡1例.结论:高血压性脑出血经微创治疗可有效缓解占位效应造成的脑组织受损,减轻周围脑组织水肿引起的继发性脑脑损害,减少病死率和致残率.
Objective:Study of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with minimally invasive therapy.Method:On the 2009 August~2012 August,91 patients with hypertensive brain hemorrhage minimally invasive treatment of the patients were retrospectively analyzed.Patients after 6 months back,its therapeutic effect according to the Barthel index evaluation method evaluation.Result:When discharged daily functional assessment(ADL),55 cases in grade I,20 cases in grade II,10 cases in grade Ⅲ,Ⅳ~Ⅴgrade in 6 cases.About 6 month visit,visit,daily life function evaluation(ADL),59 cases in grade I,18 cases in grade II,8 cases in grade Ⅲ,Ⅳ~Ⅴ5 cases,1 cases of death.Conclusion:Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive treatment can effectively alleviate the mass effect caused by brain tissue damage,reduce the surrounding brain edema caused by secondary brain damage,reduce the death rate and disability rate.
