自体断牙再接术的临床应用研究

Research on Dental Reposition and Adhesion Using Autogenous Fractured Crown

联合应用光固化复合树脂和根管固位钉对40例44只自体折断牙冠进行粘接复位。结果：2年、3年、5年和8年的临床成功率分别为100％、88．89％、78．57％和66．67％。说明该方法近期疗效较佳，远期疗效有所下降。作为省时、经济、自然美观等优点。自体断牙再接术值得临床应用。

Light cure composite resin combined with radicular retainers was applied for repe sucess rate in 2, 3, 5 and 8 years was 100%, 88. 89%, 78. 57% and 66. 67 % respectively. Although its late result would derecase slightly,this method deserves clinical application due to its advantages of time - saving, economy and natural good appearance.
