抗酸性管线钢X52MS的冶炼及工艺控制

摘要 抗酸性管线钢X65MS对于钢中c、P、S、H等元素都有严格的要求。中厚板卷厂通过控制铁水中残余元素、转炉双渣法脱磷、RH真空脱碳脱气、LF深脱硫、优化底吹透气率等手段,控制X65MS钢中[C]≤0.035%,平均碳含量为0.0287%;[P]≤0.013%,平均磷含量为0.010%;[S]≤10×10-6,平均硫含量为7×10-6,精炼平均脱硫率为94.49%。 The contents of sulfur, carbon, phosphorus and hydrogen are required strictly in acid resistance pipeline steel X52MS. Some measures have been taken such as controlling residual elements in molten iron, dephosphorization with double-slag in BOF, vacuum decarburization degassing in RH, deep desulfurization in LF, optimization bottom blowing air rate to control carbon content in pipeline steel X52MS ≤0.035% (average carbon content is 0. 0287% ), phosphor- us content ≤0. 013% (average phosphorus content is 0. 010% ), sulfur content ≤ 10 × 10 -6(average sulfur content is 7 × 10 -6 ) and the desulphurization rate of refining reaches 94.49% .
