摘要
介绍了炼铁新厂对DCS控制系统、自动化仪表控制策略进行的一系列改造：增加风机大循环管的调节，采取“风机大循环管加鼓风机联调”的方案。达到了稳定鼓风机及其焦炉集气管压力调节的目的。
A series of technical modifications have been done for DCS control system and automatic instrumentation con- trol system at New Iron-making Plant, that is, adjusting general circulation pipe of fan and adopting the scheme for de- bug of adjusting general circulation pipe of fan and blower, which makes blower operate normally and the pressure of coke oven collector can be stabilized.
