中厚板卷厂3#LF炉设备水的优化使用

Optimization and Application of Water for Equipment in #3 Ladle Furnace

通过对3#LF炉的设备用水量大原因进行分析，重点从设备安全，改造成本，改造后操作方便等方面考虑。通过炉盖进水管的改造，以及与能源中心水处理协调，降低3#LF炉设备净环水的供水量，以达到降低水耗的目的。

By analyzing the reason why the amount of water consumption increasing in #3 ladle furnace from several as- pects such as equipment security, transformation cost and easy operation, water consumption can be reduced via trans- formation of the inlet water pipes, reducing water supply quantity of clean circulating water.
