高线RSM轧机辊环碎裂原因分析与控制

Causes Analysis and Control on Roll Ring Fragmentation of RSM Rolling Mill

分析高线RSM轧机辊环在使用中碎裂的主要原因，即RSM轧机区域的堆钢、辊环牌号选择不当、辊环安装不当、辊环的冷却条件不好等，提出解决措施，从而对高线RSM轧机辊环碎裂进行控制，达到降低辊耗，降低中废，提高产品质量的目的。

The fragmentation causes of roll ring of RSM rolling mill at High Speed Wire Rod Mill are analyzed, including piling-up steel at RSM zone, improper selection of roll ring grade, improper fixing of roll ring and poor cooling condition etc. Some measures are put forward to control the fragmentation, which can decrease the consumption of roll ring and improve the quality of wire.
