Prolift盆底重建术与传统术式治疗盆腔脏器脱垂的临床比较

The comparison of prolift mesh placement with traditional hysterectomy for pelvic floor reconstruction

目的将传统非补片重建术与应用补片的盆底重建术进行对比,比较两者之间存在的疗效差异。方法 2007年1月～2011年12月间,在院就诊的盆底功能障碍患者中,选取了40例进行比较。其中20例采用传统阴式子宫切除及阴道前后壁修补术,20例采用Prolift网片行盆底重建术。结果通过对比这两组患者手术前后情况,在出血量、残余尿量、复发、新发排尿困难等方面差异有显著性(P<0.05),两组的手术时间、住院天数、术后性生活差异无显著性(P>0.05)。所有患者都没有损伤膀胱、直肠、大血管。结论通过Prolift网片系统进行盆底重建术,手术简单、安全,疗效好,但要注意并发症。

Objective To compare the efficacy of prolifi mesh placement with traditional hysterectomy for pelvic floor reconstruction. Methods Forty patients with pelvic floor dysfunction were selected from Jan 2007 to Dec 2011. Prolift mesh placement and transvaginal hysterectomy and colporrhaphia anterior-posterior were performed in 20 patients respectively.The efficacy of the two pelvic floor reconstructive surgeries was evaluated. Results The operation was successfully completed for all the patients. There were no difference in the mean operation duration, the meanpost operative hospital time and sexual life. The intraoperation blood loss, postoperative residual urine volume, recurrence and postoperative dysuria significantly different compared between two groups. Conclusion The pelvic floor reconstructive surgery with prolift mesh was safe,convenient and can bring good short-term medical effects.
