从国外社会养老服务、教育、准入、管理、设施专业化的经验入手,结合我国国情,探索促进我国社会养老专业化的发展路径:开展形式多样的专业化养老服务;发展多元化的社会养老教育体系;建立专业化的养老服务队伍;完善社会养老服务的管理体制;积极开展健康老龄化活动。

It probe into the development path for promoting social endow- ment specialization starting from experience of professional services, educa- tion, access, management and facilities of foreign social endowment and com- bined with China＇s national conditions：to carry out various forms of special- ized pension service; to develop diversified social endowment education sys- tem;to establish specialized pension services teams, to improve the manage- ment system of the social endowment service; actively to launch healthy ag- ing activities.
