物理疗法结合护理治疗女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的临床效果分析

Analysis on clinical effect of physical therapy in combination with care for treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction disease

[目的]探讨物理疗法结合护理治疗女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的临床效果。[方法]女性盆底功能障碍性疾病病人80例分为两组,治疗组与对照组各40例,对照组进行一般健康宣教与常规药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用电刺激治疗。[结果]经过治疗后,治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为75.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在治疗后3个月与6个月的肌电位和肌力值较治疗前升高且高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]盆底功能障碍性疾病发病较为复杂,电刺激物理疗法结合护理治疗女性盆底功能障碍性疾病能提高治疗疗效,改善肌电位和肌力。

Objective： To probe into the clinical effect of physical therapy in combination with care for treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction dis- ease. Methods：A total of 80 cases of women with female pelvic floor dysfunc- tion disease were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each the control group cases were given general health edu cation and conventional drug therapy, and the treatment group cases were added the electrical stimulation treatment based on above - mentioned. Re- sults：After the treatment, the treatment group＇s total effective rate was 95.0%, and it was 75.0% in the control group, so there was statistical significant difference between both groups （P〈0.05）. Observation,the EMG and mus- cle strength values at three months and six months before treatment were significant different compared with that at three months and six months after treatment in the treatment group（P〈0.05）,however,there was no signifi- cant change in the control group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The female pelvic floor dysfunction disease is more complex, physical therapy in combination with the care to treat the female pelvic floor dysfunction disease can enhance the curative effect and improve the EMG and muscle strength,so it is worth widely applying.
