影响橡胶沥青路用性能的主要因素分析

Main Factors Impacting on the Performance of Rubber Asphalt

通过制备不同搅拌时间和胶粉掺量的橡胶沥青,测试橡胶沥青的三大基本指标、弹性恢复性能以及布氏旋转粘度值,对这两个重要生产工艺参数对橡胶沥青性能的影响规律进行了研究,并从聚合物改性沥青作用机理的角度对其进行了剖析,在此基础上提出了橡胶沥青加工工艺的改进建议。

The rubber asphalt specimens under different production parameters of mixing time and crumb rubber content were prepared to test its asphalt performance indicators such as penetration, ductility, softening point, elastic recovery and the Brookfield rotation viscosity. Combined with the modifying mechanism of polymer asphalt, the article studied the main influence factors in the rubber asphalt production process affecting its performance and its extent, and then put forward suggestions for improvement of rubber asphalt processing.
