扶贫顶岗实习支教学生课堂教学有效性调查研究——以忻州师范学院为例

摘要 有效的课堂教学不仅是每位教师也是支教学生不懈的追求。有效的课堂教学不仅使教师的教学过程生动、具体且丰富,而且使学生的学习过程更有趣、更具吸引力,充满智慧和创造力。本文通过对山西省忻州师范学院的实习支教生进行调查,从角色转换、教学策略、教学反思三个方面,了解忻州师范学院顶岗实习支教学生课堂教学的现状,结合对问题的分析并给以针对性的建议。 To pursue the most effective teaching in every classroom is not only the unremitting pursuit of every teacher, but also every career-oriented student teacher. As effective teaching in the teaching process is not only vivid, specific and rich, but also more in- teresting, attractive and full of wisdom and creativity of students learning excitement. This paper investigates the career-oriented student teachers of Xinzhou Teachers University. It aims to realize the current situation of career-oriented student teachers of Xin Zhou Teachers University and give some advice by analysing the problem.
