摘要
目的研究老姜茶颗粒的发汗、镇痛、肠推进作用,探讨其防治空调病的药效机制。方法通过汗液着色实验观察药物对正常小鼠足跖汗液分泌的影响;通过醋酸扭体实验观察给药后小鼠的扭体潜伏期和15 min内的扭体次数;通过小肠炭末推进实验观察其对正常小鼠小肠运动的影响。结果老姜茶颗粒高剂量可显著增加小鼠足跖部汗点密度(P<0.05),显著抑制醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数(P<0.05),高、中、低各剂量对小鼠的肠推进均有显著的促进作用(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论老姜茶颗粒具有促进汗液分泌和肠运动、镇痛的作用,与其防治空调病的中医治则相符。
Objective To study the the effect of promoting sudation,analgesia and intestine propulsion for Laojiangcha Gran ules,and to discuss the pharmacological mechanisms of air-sickness prevention.Methods The colouration was used to observe the secretion of sweat on normal mice and verify the sudation;the method of writhing by acetic acid was made to study the analgesic effect,through observing writhing latency and the times of writhing response in 15 minutes;charcoal driving in small intestine was used to observe the role on the small intestinal motion promoting action in normal mice.Results The high dose of Laojiangcha Granules significantly increased sweat point density on the heel and sole of mice(P0.05);and decreased the times of twisting body caused by acetic acid in mice(P0.05);the high,medium and low dose groups all could markedly promote intestinal motion(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion Laojiangcha Granules have a role of diaphoresis,promoting intestinal motion and analgesic,according to the therapeutic principles of TCM in air-sickness prevention.
