参肽茶多酚粉剂配方优化研究

Study on formula optimization of Shentaichaduofen Powder

目的确定参肽茶多酚粉剂辅料的最佳配方用量。方法以麦芽糊精、木糖醇、三氯蔗糖为考察因素,每个因素取3个水平,用L9(34)正交表设计试验,以综合感官评分为考察指标,进行正交试验。结果每1 000袋参肽茶多酚粉剂配方中添加麦芽糊精1 300 g、木糖醇340 g、三氯蔗糖10 g时,综合感官评分最高。结论该法配方合理,适于放大生产。

Objective To determine the dosage of the best formula of the Shentaichaduofen Powder supplementary material.Methods The L9（34） orthogonal table and the inspection factor（integrated sensory scoring） were used to select the best for mula by taking the maltodextrin,the malt dextrin,xylitol and the sucralose were used as three main factors,and three levels were taken for each factor.Results When the formula was maltodextrin of 1 300 g,xylitol of 340 g and sucralose of 10 g which were added to 1 000 bags of Shentaichaduofen Powder,the integrated sensory scoring was the highest.Conclusion The formula is reasonable,suitable for enlarging production.
