循证护理在预防全喉切除术后消化道并发症中的效果观察

Effect observation of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of gastrointestinal complications of total laryngectomy

目的探讨循证护理在全喉切除术后消化道并发症中的干预效果。方法 80例研究对象随机分为循证护理组、常规护理组(对照组),循证护理组接受循证护理干预,常规护理组接受常规护理干预,对照分析两组干预效果。结果循证护理干预全喉切除术后消化道并发症取得了较常护理组更佳的效果,返流、腹胀、腹泻、便秘等并发症发生率均较常规护理组少,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);循证护理组与常规护理组相比较,患者依从性差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);循证护理组与常规护理组相比较,平均住院时间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论循证护理干预能有效地预防和解决全喉切除术后消化道并发症的护理问题。

Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in the gastrointestinal complications of to tal laryngectomy.Methods A total of 80 cases were randomly divided into evidence-based nursing group and conventional nursing group（control group）,evidence-based nursing group received evidence-based nursing internvention and conventional nursing group received routine nursing intervention,comparative analysis of intervention of two group was done.Results Evidence-based nursing intervention total laryngectomy postoperative gastrointestinal complications and achieved better re sults compared with regular care group,reflux,bloating,diarrhea,constipation and other complication rates compared with conventional nursing group was less,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;there was significant difference of the compliance of patients between evidence-based nursing group and conventional nursing group（P0.05）;there was significant difference of the average length of stay between evidence-based nursing group and conventional nursing group（P0.05）.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing interventions can effectively prevent and resolve care problems after total laryngectomy gastrointestinal complications.
