大众化教育视野下现代中医人才培养模式的思考

Deliberation on modern Chinese medicine talent training mode at the vision of popular education

中医学是世界上唯一从古到今没有中断过的一门学科,经过五十多年的努力,我国基本建立了比较完备的中医人才培养体系,形成了具有一定特色的中医人才培养模式,但随着社会经济的发展,原有人才培养模式的弊端也日益凸显。本文试对大众化教育视野下中医人才培养模式的改革进行探讨。

Traditional Chinese medicine is the only discipline in the world without interruption of all ages.A complete ed ucation system of higher Chinese medicine has basically established in our country with 50 years of efforts,and a certain talent training mode of traditional Chinese medicine with some characteristics has formed.But some disadvantages have in creasingly emerged with the social and economic development.In order to build the training mode of modern Chinese medicine to adapt to the requirements of market-oriented economy,this paper tries to think about the reforming of training mode of traditional Chinese medicine from the ideas,training objective,the curriculum,teacher training,and the construc tion of practice base.
