摘要
医疗纠纷发生和持续过程中,都有患方当事者和围观群众,他们对其他人进行传播的方式和时间是对医院形象损害的最主要体现。本文通过调查分析233例患者在医疗纠纷发生后对医院的评价及其传播行为,研究医疗纠纷中患方传播因素对医院外在和内在形象的负面影响,并就这些影响和涉及到的医院危机管理进行了讨论。
In the occurrence and continuing process of medical disputes,there are the concerned patient party and the circuses,whose manner and time of communication with other people are the major reflection of damage to the hospital image.By analyzing 233 patients' evaluation of the hospital and their communication manners after the occurrence of med ical disputes,this paper studies the negative influence of patient communication factor on the external and internal images of the hospital and discusses this influence and concerning hospital crisis management.
