微种植体辅助整体压低下前牙段的头影测量分析

Clinical cephalometric analysis of mini-implant combined with entirety lowering mandicular anterior teethanchorage

目的研究微种植体支抗在矫治成人深覆合病例中整体压低下前牙段的应用。方法选择9例成人深覆合患者,不拔牙矫治,采用直丝弓矫治技术,辅以微种植体支抗同时整体压低下前牙段,通过X线头影测量分析,观察矫治前后软硬组织的变化。结果下颌平面角轻度增大,但变化不明显;下切牙平均压低6 mm,唇倾约10°,上下切牙角减少约25°,下切牙切端唇向移动4 mm,显示下切牙压低的同时伴有明显的唇倾,但上下后牙没有出现合向升长,下颌并未出现后下旋转。结论微种植体能提供稳定的支抗,同时整体压低下前牙段,最大限度避免后牙的升高,改善下唇部形态。

Objective To study the application of mini-implants as intraoral anchorage units for en-masse intrusion of the mandibular anterior teeth in deep bite adult patients.Methods 9 patients accompanied with deep bite were selected for this study.Straight wire appliance and mini-implants were used for entirety lowering mandicular anterior teethanchorage,horizontal,vertical,and angular positions of the mandibular incisors were evaluated before and after orthodontic intrusion.Results The edge of lower incisors were intruded 6.0 mm and moved lippy 4.0 mm,litling to tip about 10 °,and the angle between the upper and lower incisors decreased approximately 25°.The mandibular plane angle slightly increased,but did not change significantly.Conclusion Mini-implants are effcient for intraoral anchorage reinforcement for en-masse intru sion of mandibular anterior teeth.
