摘要
本文从宏观背景、基本原则、程序保障、内容特征等四个方面,对上海市法律硕士等16类别硕士专业学位论文评价指标体系研制作全面和细致的梳理,并结合实际探讨专业学位论文的基本要求和评价相关问题。
A case study is presented on the development of 16 types of master degree thesis evaluation systems in Shanghai, with a focus on their background, fundamental principles, process safeguards and operational features. Related issues of basic thesis requirements and thesis evaluation are also discussed with a view to practical situations.
