复方氨基酸注射液制备工艺的研究

Study on Preparation of Compound Amino Acids Injection

为提高复方氨基酸注射液的透光率、澄明度及降低局部刺激性 ,依据正交设计等试验结果 ,设计了两种工艺处方 ,并据此制备了成品 (其中使用 14种国产氨基酸 )。经检验 ,其质量优于市售品。

Two new formulae were designed to increase the transparence and clarity and to decrease its local stimulation of the compound amino acids injection.Using 14 domestic materials,the samples were prepared.The quality test showed that our samples were better than the products available in the market.
