摘要
液压挡轮被大量应用于大型回转窑挡轮装置中,因为很多设计采用比较设计法,只需比同类型的轴粗一些就满足强度要求,忽视了滑动轴的强度校核。这就造成经济性与强度要求的矛盾得不到平衡,造成成本剧增。那么如何设计出恰当的轴径就成为解决问题的关键。
The hydraulic block wheel was used in the block wheel device of the large rotary kiln. Because most of the designs used the comparison of design method, then the designers used thicker axle than the original one, but they neglected to check strength of the sliding shaft. This leaded to the unbalance of economic profits and strengths request, and even leaded to higher cost. So the key of solving this problem was how to design the best shaft diameter.
