摘要
采用 HPL C荧光检测法检测国产贯叶连翘提取物中的金丝桃素。色谱柱为 μ- Bondapak C1 8,流动相为 0 .0 5mol/ L磷酸盐缓冲液 ( p H 7.0 ) -甲醇 ( 3∶ 7)和水 -甲醇 ( 3∶ 7) ,荧光检测激发波长 Ex4 70 nm,发射波长 Em5 90 nm。
Hypericin in extract of Hypericum perforatum collected in China was determined using a C 18 column (3.9×300 mm, 10 μm), thermostated at 50℃. The mobile phase was 0.05 mol/L phosphate buffer (pH7.0) methanol (3∶7) and water methanol (3∶7). Fluorimetric detection was carried out with excitation at 470 nm and emission at 590 nm.
