复方胶囊中右美沙芬和布洛芬的溶出度测定

Determination of Dissolution of Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide and Ibuprofen Capsules by HPLC

用 HPL C测定复方胶囊中右美沙芬、布洛芬的溶出度。色谱柱为 Shim pack CL C- ODS柱 ,流动相为乙腈 -水( 65∶ 3 5 ,含 0 .0 0 7m ol/ L 硝酸铵、0 .0 0 7m ol/ L SDS,用冰醋酸调 p H至 3 .4 ) ,流速 1.0 m l/ m in,在 2 70 nm处测定。右美沙芬、布洛芬的线性范围分别为 5～ 4 0、5 0～ 4 0 0 μg/ m l。两者的平均回收率分别是 99.2 6%、99.70 %。

Dextromethorphan hydrobromide and ibuprofen capsules were determined by HPLC. The chromatography conditions were as follows: column, Shim pack CLC ODS; mobile phase, acetonitrile water (65∶35, containing 0.007 mol/L ammonium nitrite and 0.007 mol/L SDS, adjusted to pH 3.4 with acetic acid glacial); velocity of flow, 1 ml/min; detection wavelength, 270 nm. The linear ranges of dextromethorphan hydrobromide and ibuprofen were 5～40 μg/ml and 50～400 μg/ml, respectively. Their average recoveries were 99.26% and 99.70%, respectively. The dissolution of the capsules was determined by this method.
