摘要
器官缺血后的血液再灌注是必然的治疗措施,但再灌注的同时也会引起再灌注损伤,缺血再灌注损伤的治疗已成为大家关注的焦点。再灌注损伤机制中氧自由基增加,中性粒细胞浸润等起了重要的作用,因此抗氧化剂的应用逐渐受到重视。二甲基亚砜(DMSO)作为经典的抗氧化剂,近年来许多国外实验室开始关注它对器官缺血再灌注(如脑、肝、肾、胃肠、后肢、睾丸及卵巢等)损伤的治疗作用,而且目前在国外DMSO已经应用于临床脑缺血再灌注损伤的治疗中。高血压、冠心病、心肌梗死等缺血性疾病是现代社会的常见病,由此产生的心肌再灌注损伤的治疗是当务之急,希望通过本次综述为心肌缺血再灌注损伤提供一新的治疗思路。
Reperfusion is an inevitable therapeutic measure on organ ischemia,but reperfusion will also lead to reperfusion injury.The therapy of reperfusion injury has become the focus of attention.Increase of oxygen free radicals and infiltration of neutrophils are the important mechanism of reperfusion injury,so the application of antioxidants gets more and more attention.Dimethyl Sulfoxide(DMSO) has been paid attention on therapy of ischemia/reperfusion injury of organs(brain,liver,renal,gastrointestinal,hind limbs,testicular,ovary,et al) in many foreign laboratories in recent years,as a classic antioxidant.DMSO has been applied to clinical treatment of cerebral reperfusion injury in foreign at present.Hypertension,coronary heart disease,myocardial infarction and other ischemic disease become common diseases in modern society,the therapy of myocardial reperfusion injury is pressing.I hope that it can provide a new therapeutic approach for myocardial injury of ischemia/reperfusion injury through this review.
