2型糖尿病合并轻度认知功能障碍相关因素分析

Analysis of related factors for type 2 diabetes combined with mild cognitive impairment

目的分析2型糖尿病合并轻度认知功能障碍的相关因素。方法选择2010年1月～2012年2月收治的2型糖尿病患者516例为研究对象,对所有患者进行简易智能精神量表测验,按是否有认知功能障碍分为认知功能正常组和轻度认知功能障碍组,进行危险因素相关性分析。结果认知功能正常组与轻度认知功能障碍组在年龄、家族史、病程、餐后2 h血糖(P2BG)、低血糖、糖尿病酮症酸中毒、高血压、冠心病等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在空腹血糖(FBG)方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);进行Logistic回归分析,共有年龄、家族史、病程、低血糖、糖尿病酮症酸中毒、高血压、冠心病、P2BG等8个变量进入方程,年龄、家族史、病程、低血糖、糖尿病酮症酸中毒、高血压、冠心病、P2BG均是2型糖尿病轻度认知功能障碍的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者轻度认知功能障碍影响因素较多,可能与年龄、家庭史、病程、低血糖、糖尿病酮症酸中毒、高血压、冠心病、P2BG相关,临床应采取早期干预措施。

Objective To analyze the related factors for type 2 diabetes combined with mild cognitive impairment.Methods 516 patients from January 2010 to February 2012 with type 2 diabetes were selected.All the patients were received simplified intelligence scale test and divided into the normal cognitive function group and the mildly impaired cognitive function group based on whether there was cognitive impairment.Then correlation analysis of risk factors were carried out.Results The differences of the age,family history,course of disease,P2BG,hypoglycemia,diabetic ketoacidosis,hypertension,coronary heart disease between the normal cognitive function group and the mildly impaired cognitive function group were all statistically significant（all P 0.05）,the difference of FBG between the two groups were not statistically significant（P 0.05）.Age,family history,course of disease,hypoglycemia,diabetic ketoacidosis,hypertension,coronary heart disease and P2BG were proved to be independent risk factors by Logistic regression analysis,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion There are many influencing factors for type 2 diabetes combined with mild cognitive impairment,which may be related to age,family history,course of disease,hypoglycemia,diabetic ketoacidosis,hypertension,coronary heart disease and P2BG,it should take clinical interventional measures early.
