临床护理路径在慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用

Application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with chronic heart failure

目的研究临床护理路径在慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法将80例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各40例。实验组按临床护理路径进行健康教育,对照组采用传统教育方法。观察患者对慢性心衰相关知识的掌握程度、患者满意度、平均住院天数、平均住院费用、患者依从性情况。结果与对照组相比,实验组患者出院时的依从性好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组比较住院费用、住院时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组对慢性心衰相关知识完全掌握的情况优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论应用临床护理路径对慢性心力衰竭患者实施住院流程管理,提高了患者对护理工作的满意度,从而保证了医疗安全,降低了医疗费用,节约了卫生资源,提高了患者生存质量。

Objective To study the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 80 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,each group had 40 cases.The experimental group was given health education according to clinical nursing pathway,while the control group was given traditional health education.The mastering degree of chronic heart failure related knowledge,satisfaction of patients,average length of hospital stay,hospitalization expenses and compliance of patients were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the compliance of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher（P 0.05）.There were significant difference in the hospitalization expenses and length of hospital stay between the experimental group and the control group（P 0.05）.There were more patients mastered the chronic heart failure knowledge in the experimental group than that of the control group（P 0.01）.Conclusion Application of clinical nursing pathway in implementation of hospital process management for patients with chronic heart failure can improve their satisfaction,so as to ensure medical safety,reduce medical costs,save health resources,improve the survival quality of patients.
