摘要
一种红外探测器制冷系统,采用"自动供气转换、后级续冷"的工作方式,将外部提供的制冷气通过气路控制提供给红外探测器进行制冷,当探测器捕获目标脱离发射装置后,制冷系统自身开始工作提供高压气体给红外探测器继续制冷,并自动切断外部供气气路。该制冷系统集充气、储气、放气、气路控制、过滤等诸多功能于一体,具有体积小、重量轻、功能齐全等特点,小型集成化设计节省了舵机舱内宝贵的质量指标及体积空间,紧凑型单向阀及其组合设计,解决了红外探测器各工作时段气路切换问题。
A kind of refrigeration system uses "gas supply self shifting, sustained refrigeration" working method, the gas supply outside to the infrared detector. When the infrared detector traps the target and disengages the grenade instrumentation, the refrigetation system starts working and supplying the gas to the infrared detector, and cuts the gas path outside. The refrigeration system with characteristics of small volume and light weight has a lot of functions such as gas-filled, gas storage, deflation, gas path control, filtration, etc. The small integration design saves the precious quality standard and volume space for the system. The compact check valve and check valve subassembly resolve the system gas switched in each time.
