Policy Thinking on Acceleration of the Development of New Energy Automobile Industry in Tianjin

为推动天津市新能源汽车产业加快发展,在研究我国新能源汽车产业发展现状和总结主要城市发展经验基础上,结合天津面临的机遇与挑战,提出了加快推动天津新能源汽车产业发展的政策思路。新能源汽车作为战略性新兴产业,国家政策支持力度不断加大,天津作为重要的汽车生产基地和示范推广城市,应该把握发展机遇,明确发展战略、目标和部门分工,尽快出台有效的政策措施,加快推进新能源汽车产业发展。

In order to promote new energy vehicle （NEV） industry development quickly in Tianjin, the paper provides an overview of China＇s NEV industry and summarizes the experience in major cities, combining with the opportunities and challenges facing Tianjin, and proposes the policy thinking on how to accelerate tianjin＇s NEV development. As strategic emerging industries,the government＇s supports for NEV is enhanced increasingly. Tianjin, as an important automobile production base and pilot city, should grasp the opportunity, make clear strategy, target and division and formulate effective policies as soon as possible to accelerate the NEV industry development.
