Application of Network Planning Technique in Process Control

施工阶段影响工程进度的影响因素众多,不能按原定时间完工的现象频发,导致工期拖延,造成工程项目施工承包方及参与方的经济损失.归纳影响施工进度的因素,站在施工承包方的角度,根据工期影响事件的责任主体不同,分析工期延误事件对施工进度的影响及责任后果.结合案例,运用网络计划技术研究在施工进度拖延的情况下,以赶工费用最优为前提进行工期调整,以工期调整步骤与原理,给出了工期调整的原则与方法.

Many factors affect the project process during construction stage. Projects can not be finished on time frequently, which leads to construction delay and causes the economic losses of contractors and participants of construction projects. Form aspects of contractors, this paper in- duces factors affecting project process and analyzes influence of construction delay on project process and responsibility consequence according to various responsibility subjects. By using net- work planning technique, this paper studies steps and principles of construction period adjust ment on the premise of lowest acceleration cost under the condition of construction delay and puts forward principles as well as methods of construction period adjustment.
