碳纳米管分散提纯与预制块制作

Purification and Dispersion of Carbon Nanotube and Production of Precast Block

采用酸洗方法对碳纳米管进行分散提纯,对分散提纯后的碳纳米管热失重性能进行了分析.在此基础上,针对碳纳米管自身特点和预制块的要求,制做了用于金属基复合材料的碳纳米管预制块,并分析了预制块制作工艺.观察表明,预制块中碳纳米管分散均匀,制作效果良好.

Using the method of acid pickling, carbon nanotubes （CNTs） were dispersed and puri lied and dispersed CNTs＇ thermal Performance was analyzed. Based on that, precast block for metal matrix composites was made according to CNTs characteristics and the request of precast block and the production process was analyzed. Observation indicates that the precast block was well shaped in which CNTs were dispersed uniformly.
