电子文件的出现是一场记录革命,也引发了包括文件、档案管理在内的记录管理的变革.基于电子文件的整理原则及其分类,对电子文件整理与保护工作必须把握的问题进行了探讨.

The emergence of electronic documents is a record revolution, which causes the reform of record management including document and file management. Based on consolidation rules and classification of electronic tention to in consolidation documents, this paper discusses the problems that should be paid at and protection of electronic documents.
