当前,县域竞争更趋激烈,而产业集群在县域经济发展中具有不可替代的地位和作用,它不仅有利于提升县域经济竞争力,而且更能促进县域经济发展。本文以蓬莱地区为例,提出培育提升产业集群是实施区域发展战略的重要途径。

County competition is becoming more and more fierce,and industrial clusters plays an irreplaceable role in the development of county economy,which is not only conducive to upgrade the county's economic competitiveness,and better promote the development of the county economy.This article,taking Penglai region as an example,proposed that cultivating and upgrading the industrial cluster is an important way for the implementation of the regional development strategy.
