针对综采工作面刮板输送机工况恶劣、负载情况复杂、型号多、配套方式多等问题,以神南矿业公司张家峁矿14203工作面的实际情况与相关数据为基础,对大功率、长距离刮板输送机选型设计的各项基本参数进行了分析和计算,并对刮板输送机做了配套选型。

According to the problems of poor working condition,complex load situation,more types and more matching methods of the scraper conveyor in mechanized mining face,combined with the actual situation of 14203 working face in Zhangjiamao coal mine,the paper analyzed the based parameters of the large power scraper conveyor and selected the scraper conveyor.Practice shows that the large power scraper conveyor can be better matched with the shearer and hydraulic support and can be achieved continuous operation of the working face.
