乡愁是人类共有的文化心理特征。台湾这一块漂泊的土地,为其漂泊文学的发展提供了滋养。席慕容作为台湾游子的代表,其乡愁诗有其普遍性也有其特殊性。在其特殊性上重点在于讨论"家国同构"的理想主义追求、抒情意象的选择以及对精神原乡的继续寻找。这三点共同形成了席慕容乡愁诗歌的艺术特色。在本质上,席慕容的乡愁不仅仅是家国之思,更有强烈的民族归属感、族群的流亡感和文化的失落感.

Nostalgia is one of the feelings generally shared by all human beings.An island isolated from the Mainland,Taiwan is home to the Wandering Literature.As a representative of Taiwan Residents wanderer,Hsi Mu-jung perfectly manifests the common properties of the Wandering Literature in her nostalgia poetry,while maintaining her own uniqueness,that is,pursuit of an ideal home and country,employment of lyrical imagery,and persistence in looking for the spiritual home.In essence,the nostalgia expressed by His Mu-jung's poetry conveys not only a longing for home and country,but also a mixed sense of national belongingness,ethnic exile and cultural loss.
