摘要
对公务员进行科学合理的分类是实行公务员聘任制的前提及组织基础,建立与完善公务员职位分类制度,对于公务员聘任制的推进具有十分重要的意义。深圳市作为全国聘任制公务员和公务员分类管理改革同时试点的城市,其探路过程具有标本意义。
A reasonable civil servants employment system shall be constructed on the basis of scientific classification of their positions,thus it is of great significance to better define such classification.For this end,Shenzhen,as the first city to pilot the reform of civil servants system,would be the very sample to demonstrate how to improve their employment and classified management,
