万古霉素联合玻璃体切割治疗感染性眼内炎的疗效观察

Effect of vancocin combined with vitrectomy on infectious endophthalmitis

目的探讨玻璃体切割联合万古霉素灌注治疗感染性眼内炎的疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年3月-2011年10月我院收治的9例(9只眼)感染性眼内炎行玻璃体切割联合万古霉素灌注的病例资料,观察术后炎症控制情况及视功能恢复情况。结果手术后9例炎症均得以控制,除1例后期发生眼球萎缩外,其余8例未见其他并发症,且视力均有不同程度提高。结论早期确诊并及时行玻璃体切割联合万古霉素灌注是治疗感染性眼内炎的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the effect of vancocin combined with vitrectomy on infectious endophthalmitis.Methods 9 cases（9 eyes）of infectious endophthalmitis using vancocin injection and vitrectomy in our hospital（March 2009 to October 2011）were analyzed retrospectively.The control of inflammation and clinical recovery of visual function after surgery were observed.Results The inflammation of the 9 cases was controlled after surgery.Regardless of one patient′s atrophy of eyeball in later period,there was no severe complication in the other 8 cases,and the vision of patients were improved in different degrees.Conclusion It is an effective method to recognize the infectious endophthalmitis in early stage,and conduct vitrectomy combined with vancocin injection on time.
