参茸鞭丸中非法添加枸橼酸西地那非的鉴别

目的建立参茸鞭丸中添加枸橼酸西地那非的鉴别方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法进行鉴别。色谱柱:DiamonsilTMC18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:0.05 mol/L磷酸三乙胺(取7 mL三乙胺用水稀释至1 000 mL,用磷酸调节pH值至3.0±0.1)-甲醇-乙腈(58∶25∶17);检测波长:290 nm;流速:1.0 mL/min。结果该批参茸鞭丸中添加了处方外化学药品枸橼酸西地那非。结论本方法专属性强,准确性高,可作为参茸鞭丸中添加枸橼酸西地那非的鉴别方法。

Objective To establish a method for differentiating sildenafil citrate in shenrongbian pills.Methods HPLC method was used with a DiamonsilTM C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）column,the mobile phase was phosphoric acid triethylamine-methyl alcohol-water（58∶ 25∶ 17）,the detective wavelength was 290 nm with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.Results The outside prescription chemical medicine sildenafil citrate was added in the shenrongbian pills.Conclusion The method is accurate with high specificity,and it can be used to differentiate the sildenafil citrate in shenrongbian pills.
