利用化学镀NiP合金电镀Cr双层镀工艺实现了对NdFeB的抗腐蚀保护,并研究了镀层的组织结构、耐蚀性及其它性能,测试了镀层对磁性能的影响。结果表明,该镀层具有致密的组织结构和优异的耐蚀性能,对镀件磁性能无不良影响。
