转化医学研究国家与机构的文献计量分析 被引量:2

摘要 文献计量学是用数学和统计学的方法,定量地分析一切知识载体的交叉科学。它是集数学、统计学、文献学为一体,注重量化的综合性知识体系。本文以Web of Scinece数据库中收录的转化医学研究文献的数据为样本,利用动态网络可视化分析工具CiteSpace软件绘制出转化医学2006~2012年的国家、机构共现的知识图谱,对转化医学研究的国家、机构进行了文献计量分析与研究,得出转化医学主要研究机构的研究重点与研究方向,并对中国转化医学研究机构和研究热点进行了分析。 Bibliometrics is a set of methods to quantitatively analyze scientific and technological literature. It is the appli- cation of mathematics and statistical methods to books and other media of communication. In this paper, the data resources about translational medicine come from ISI web of science. The author tries to use the information visualization techniques of dynamic network analysis-citespace, draw the knowledge map of the literature's co-citation map of research country and re- search institution, play bibliometrical study on translational medicine research country and research institution. Then analyse the translational medicine research institution of China and the hot spots of translational medicine research in China.
